At Citi Concepts Inc., we got our start in the transportation industry. For 10 years we walked countless businesses through complicated DOT regulations, ensuring that their operations and practices complied with DOT requirements. It was through this work that we found our true passion—government contracting and consulting. Ms. Halabi earned a B.S. degree in Marketing from George Mason University and is currently the President of Citi Concepts Inc. She assisted her father, whom acquired the company in 2003, in expanding and rebranding the business to what it is today. Her two-fold strength in management and marketing brings important leadership and breadth to the management team of Citi Concepts. She manages the corporate staff and drivers in all areas, as well as plans, prepares, and implements short-term and long-term goals for the company. During her first year as President, Claudine was instrumental in exceeding the company's growth and sales goals, helping Citi Concepts surpass its growth projections in all areas to make it a nationally recognized company.
